There is a 5-night minimum stay for rooms and a 7-night minimum stay for Cortes Suites, Zadún Suite, Grand Reserve, and Residences.

There must be added to the rate 15% service fee, 16% VAT, 4% of local tax (subject to change without notice according to government regulations), and Cabos’ Environmental Sanitation Tax of $36.31 MXN to be added to the nightly rates.
