Cancellation Policy

Thanksgiving Bookings

• 50% deposit required at time of booking
• Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations accepted up to 30 days before arrival

Festive Bookings (Dec 19, 2025 – Jan 4, 2026)

• 50% deposit required at time of booking
• Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
• 100% non-refundable

Payment Terms

• All bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm
• Balance payment due based on stay period:
  • 30 days prior for Thanksgiving
  • 60 days prior for Festive
• Payments accepted via major credit cards
• Reservations are confirmed only after payment and written confirmation
