Cancellation Policies
- Changes must be requested in writing; compliance is not guaranteed.
- Re-bookings for the same or greater lodging amount will not incur penalty unless requested within 30 days of the confirmed stay → then a 10% change fee applies.
- Cancellations:
- If the villa is re-rented at the same or higher rate → deposit fully refunded.
- If dates are not fully re-rented → deposit credited against rental income received.
- Within 60 days of arrival: unlikely to receive any refund.
Terms & Conditions
- 50% deposit due within 7 days of booking.
- Final 50% balance due September 20th, 2025 (90 days prior to arrival).
Minimum Length of Stay
- 6 nights minimum stay required.
