Cancellation Policies:

Shoulder Season (November 22nd – December 21st, 2025)

• Deposit: 2 nights’ stay plus taxes and service charges required at booking.
• Cancellation 60–31 days prior to arrival: deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation within 30 days, no-shows, or early departures: 100% penalty of the full stay.

Festive Season (December 22nd, 2025 – January 6th, 2026)

• Deposit: 50% of total amount required at booking (25% non-refundable).
• Remaining 50% due by September 1st, 2025.
• Cancellation after September 1st, 2025: 100% penalty of the full stay.
• No-shows, early departures: 100% penalty.
• All guests must attend the Christmas Special Dinner and New Year Allegria Gala Dinner (non-refundable fees).

Terms & Conditions:

• Allegria Gala Dinner: The most exclusive New Year’s Eve celebration in the Dominican Republic, featuring dining, entertainment, and fireworks. Gala dinner fees are mandatory.
• Payments for festive season bookings must be made by wire transfer.
• Reservations may be held for 24–48 hours while payment is in process.

Minimum Length of Stay:

• Thanksgiving (November 24th – November 30th, 2025): 4 nights
• Festive (December 22nd, 2025 – January 6th, 2026): 8 nights
