• Cancelation Policies:
  • You may cancel your reservation at no charge up to 30 days prior to arrival over the holiday period.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival during the holiday period will forfeit the deposit.
  • Non-refundable special offers are excluded and will be stated in the offer’s terms and conditions.

• Terms & Condition Policies:
  • Cancellation Policy
    • You may cancel your reservation at no charge seven days prior to arrival.
    • Cancellations within seven days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
    • Special Lodging Offers are non-refundable.
  • Guarantee Policy
    • A deposit equal to the first night room and tax is required at the time of booking.
  • Children Policy
    • Children aged 17 years and older are fully charged.
  • Check-In Policy
    • Check-in after 4:00 PM. Check-out before 11:00 AM.
  • Pet Policy
    • Only service animals defined as dogs individually trained to assist persons with disabilities are permitted.
  • Winter Policies
    • All ski/snowboard equipment must be stored in the secure ski valet.
    • Ski boots are not allowed inside the Lodge or Clubhouse.
    • Snow play activities are permitted only in designated areas.
    • Employees are not permitted to install snow chains.
    • Changing winter conditions may exist; use caution around the resort.
    • Some golf course areas may be closed during winter—please observe all signage and closures.

• Minimum Length of Stay:
