Cancellation Policies:
- Thanksgiving (November 23rd – November 29th, 2025): 14 days prior to arrival, penalty of 2 nights.
- Pre-Festive (November 30th – December 22nd, 2025): 3 days prior to arrival, penalty of 1 night.
- Festive (December 23rd, 2025 – January 3rd, 2026): 30 days prior to arrival, penalty of full stay.
Terms & Conditions:
- Availability is subject to change without prior notice.
- Festive reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee.
- Early departures and no-shows are subject to full penalty.
- Specific room categories may have additional restrictions.
Minimum Length of Stay:
- Thanksgiving: 4 nights minimum stay.
- Pre-Festive: No minimum stay unless specified.
- Festive: 5 nights minimum stay.
