Cancellation Policies
- Thanksgiving (November 26th – November 30th, 2025): Cancel within 14 days → 2-night penalty.
- Festive Season (December 23rd, 2025 – January 3rd, 2026): Cancel within 45 days → full stay penalty.
- If cancellations are not made as stipulated, wholesaler will be responsible to pay the penalty.
Terms & Conditions
- Minimum length of stay requirements controlled by the hotel.
- Room assignments and requests for specific locations are determined at check-in only.
- Rollaway beds and cribs are complimentary, subject to availability; limited to one per suite and not permitted over maximum occupancy.
- Hotel may modify cut-off dates at any time by written notification.
- After the cut-off, additional bookings are on request and subject to availability.
- At cut-off, wholesaler must send confirmed reservations list with names, number of guests, room types, arrival/departure details.
- Availability is subject to change without notice.
