• A full stay deposit is required for bookings made less than 60 days before the arrival date.
• Reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur a penalty of one (1) night.
• Reservations canceled less than 60 days before the arrival date will incur a penalty equal to the full stay .

Minimum Length of Stay:

• December 19th – December 26th: No minimum length of stay
