Cancellation Policies:
November 25th – November 29th, 2025
- Deposit: 1 night per room. A deposit will be charged to the credit card provided. The remaining balance must be completed 7 days before arrival (guests will receive an email from notificacionesscp@rcdhotels.com with a payment link).
- Cancel Policy: Cancellations must be made 7 days before arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows and early departures are charged full stay. Modifications are not allowed within 7 days of arrival (check-in day excluded). Applies only to website bookings.
December 19th – December 25th, 2025 (Depending on the rate booked)
Option 1
- Deposit: Full payment will be charged at the time of booking. The credit card used will be requested upon arrival; otherwise, reimbursement will be made to the original card, and full payment will be charged at check-in.
- Cancel Policy: Non-refundable payment. Cancellations are not allowed. Date modifications are allowed on request, subject to availability and rate adjustment. No-shows or early departures: Full deposit.
Option 2
- Deposit: 2 nights per room. A deposit will be charged to the credit card provided. The remaining balance must be completed 7 days before arrival (guests will receive an email from notificacionesscp@rcdhotels.com with a payment link).
- Cancel Policy: Cancellations must be made 30 days before arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows and early departures are charged full stay. Modifications are not allowed within 30 days of arrival (check-in day excluded). Applies only to website bookings.
