Dec 23, 2025 – Jan 2, 2026 – Up to 30 days before arrival – NO Penalty | 21 days or less before arrival, No Show/ Early Departure – Full charge 

 Jan 3 – 6, 2026 – Up to 8 days before arrival – NO Penalty | 7 days or less before arrival, No Show/ Early Departure – 2 nights.
