Cancellation Policies
● Cancellations are permitted up to 120 days prior to arrival.
● Cancellations made within 120 days or less of the arrival date will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
● 100% prepayment is required upon confirmation of the reservation.

● Full prepayment is non-refundable.
● A 100% deposit of the total stay, including taxes and service charges, is required at the time of booking.
● Deposits are refundable, minus a 4% processing fee, if cancellations or changes are made more than 120 days prior to arrival.
● Deposits become non-refundable if cancellation or changes are made within 120 days of the arrival date.
● Deposits may be charged to Visa, MasterCard, or Amex.
● Deposits will not be refunded for delays or cancellations caused by flights or other travel disruptions.
● Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Minimum Length of Stay
A minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
