- Danta Standard: Available most dates except December 29th (fully booked).
- Almendro Suite: 1–2 rooms available throughout the festive period.
- Plaza Balcony: 3–4 rooms available December 18th–27th; no availability December 29th–January 3rd.
- Ocean View: 1–2 rooms available on select dates (December 23rd–24th, December 26th–28th, January 1st–4th).
- Premium Ocean View Suite: Limited availability; closed December 18th–21st, open from December 23rd onward.

Cancellation Policies:
- Festive: Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival forfeit full pre-payment.
- Any date changes made within the cancellation window will incur a 50% penalty on the first night of the reservation.
Holiday Periods:
- Thanksgiving: November 21st – November 29th, 2025
- Christmas: December 18th – December 26th, 2025
- New Year: December 26th, 2025 – January 4th, 2026
Terms & Conditions:
- No deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.
- If reservations are made within 60 days of arrival, full payment must be made within 72 hours of booking.
- Holiday Periods apply as outlined above.
Minimum Length of Stay:
- 3 nights.
