CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
For One-Bedroom Villas, One-Bedroom Family Villas, Two-Bedroom Villas, Three‑Bedroom Villa and the Teremoana Residence
• No cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled more than 91 days prior to the arrival date.
• A 50% fee applies if the booking is cancelled between 90 days and 61 days prior to the arrival date.
• A 100% fee applies if the booking is cancelled 60 days (2 months) or less prior to the arrival date.
No reservation name change is allowed.
Shortened stays and early departures will result in a penalty of 100% of the remaining room revenue (for checked-in reservations only).
A Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover this kind of charge.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Policy
• 20% of the total amount is to be received at the time of booking.
• 80% of the total amount is required no later than 120 days prior to arrival along with the detailed Guest Information form.
• Payment, by wire transfer or credit card, is required in Euros and must cover the total amount of the invoice.
• Bank fees cannot be retained from the payment. If any, bank fees will be deducted from the agent commission amount.
• Final confirmation will be provided once the stay has been fully prepaid.
MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
A 4-night minimum stay is required for all categories.
