Cancellation & Deposit Policy

• For arrivals starting on December 26th, 2025:
  • Full deposit (room, taxes, and fees) required 45 days prior to arrival
  • Cancellations or modifications within 45 days of arrival: penalty of full stay (room + tax + fees)
  • No-shows, early departures, or unused nights: penalty of full stay plus taxes
