Cancellation Policies
Lodge Rooms:
Reservations can be canceled without penalty 30 days prior to the holiday arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Non-refundable special offers are not eligible for cancellation and are subject to the specific terms of the offer.
Villa Suites:
Reservations can be canceled without penalty 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire collected amount.
Non-refundable special offers are not eligible for cancellation and are subject to the specific terms of the offer.
Terms & Conditions
Lodge Rooms:
A deposit equal to one night’s room rate and tax is required at the time of booking.
Packages and holiday bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
Room occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests for rooms with double queen beds and 3 guests for rooms with a king bed.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book a reservation.
Villa Suites:
A 3-night minimum stay is required.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
If the booking is made within the 30-day period, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Failure to complete payment within the required time frame will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Minimum Length of Stay
Lodge Rooms: 2-night minimum stay required for New Year’s Eve.
Villa Suites: 3-night minimum stay required for the Festive Season.
