- Thanksgiving & Pre-Festive: 7-day cancellation policy. A 1-night penalty applies if cancelled within 7 days.
- Festive (arrivals December 24th – January 3rd, 2026): 90-day cancellation policy for all seasons. Full penalty applies for cancellation within 90 days.

Terms & Condition Policies:
- Availability subject to change. Premium rooms and rooms with two beds are on request.
Minimum Length of Stay:
- All reservations arriving between December 18th – January 2nd, 2026 require a 5-night minimum stay.
