UJV hosted its 2025 President’s Club December 11–14 at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, bringing together top-performing team members and trusted partners who define the standard behind the brand.

President’s Club is UJV’s highest level of recognition. The program honors exceptional sales performance while equally recognizing the behaviors and partnerships that support long-term growth. It reflects how UJV operates: selective, values-driven, and built on accountability.

“President’s Club is our opportunity to celebrate the very best of UJV,” said Steven Kadoch, CEO of UJV. “It honors top producers, but just as importantly, it recognizes the people who show up every day with integrity, humility, and a team-first mindset.”

Kadoch added, “We keep President’s Club intentionally exclusive. There are always a few names we debate right up until the end, and that’s part of what makes it meaningful. More than anything, it’s a chance to spend quality time together, reflect on what we’ve built, and celebrate the people who make UJV what it is.”

The 2025 President’s Club was hosted at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, part of Velas Resorts, which UJV also recognized as its Partner of the Month. The property was selected for its shared commitment to exceptional service, operational consistency, and accountability, values that closely align with UJV’s own approach to partnership and advisor support.

As part of the celebration, UJV presented an eight-night, curated journey through South Africa and Victoria Falls to Denys Montes de Oca, Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing for Velas Resorts. This marked the first time UJV has made an investment of this scale in a partner.

The journey includes two-night stays at Cape Grace, Jabulani, Victoria Falls River Lodge, and Fairlawns, reflecting UJV’s global reach and its belief that strong partnerships extend beyond a single destination. When partners work with UJV, access expands, and the world opens.
