Cancellation Policies:
- Free cancellations are allowed up to 60 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, early departures, or no-shows will incur a penalty equal to the full stay, including taxes.
Terms & Condition Policies:
- A valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation.
- For prepaid bookings, payment can be made via wire transfer or credit card charge.
- Upon check-in, a hold may be placed for the full anticipated amount, including estimated incidentals.
- Rates are expressed in USD and subject to 16% room tax, 5% ISH tax, 15% service charge, and a sanitization fee per room per day.
