Cancellation Policies:

For One-Bedroom Villas, One-Bedroom Family Villas, Two-Bedroom Villas, Three-Bedroom Villa, and the Teremoana Residence:

• No cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled more than 91 days prior to arrival.
• A 50% fee applies if the booking is cancelled between 90 days and 61 days prior to arrival.
• A 100% fee applies if the booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival.
• No reservation name change is allowed.
• Shortened stays and early departures result in a 100% penalty of the remaining room revenue (for checked-in reservations).
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

  • 20% of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
  • 80% of the total amount is due no later than 120 days prior to arrival, along with the completed Guest Information Form.
