• Thanksgiving (November 24th – 30th, 2025)
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival receive a full refund on the deposit amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival incur a 100% penalty; all pre-payments forfeited.

• Festive (December 21st, 2025 – January 4th, 2026)
  • Cancellations made by August 31st, 2025 receive a full refund on the deposit amount.
  • Cancellations made on or after September 1st, 2025 incur a 100% penalty; all pre-payments forfeited.

• Thanksgiving (November 24th – 30th, 2025): 4-night stay required
• Christmas stays (departures on or before December 27th, 2025): 5-night stay required
• New Year stays (arrivals on or after December 27th, 2025): 7-night stay required
• All other festive dates: 10-night stay required
