Cancellation Policies:

• January 2nd – May 3rd, 2025: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival; 2 nights charged after that.
• May 4th – December 17th, 2025: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; 1 night charged after that.
• December 18th, 2025 – January 3rd, 2026: Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival; 100% of confirmed stay charged after that.

Terms & Condition Policies:

• Rates are quoted in USD per villa, per night.
• Subject to 15% service charge and 21% tax (5% lodging and 16% VAT), plus Environmental Tax per person, subject to change per local legislature.
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
• Late check-out between 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM charged 50%; after 6:00 PM charged 100%.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full confirmed stay will be charged.
• Extra person charge: $100 USD per night plus applicable taxes and fees.

Minimum Length of Stay:

• 4 to 7 nights, depending on travel dates and room category.
