Cancelation Policies:

Festive season – between December 22nd, 2024 to January 6th, 2025.

• To confirm a booking, a 50% DEPOSIT of the total amount is necessary, out of which 25% is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• The remaining 50% needs to be paid BEFORE September the 1st.
• In case of any cancellation AFTER September the 1st, 100% PENALTY will apply.

Terms & Conditions:

• All Guests are required to attend the CRHISTMAS SPECIAL DINNER and NEW YEAR GALA, as non-refundable fees.

Minimum Length of Stay:

• Five (5) Nights Minimum Length of Stay for CHRISTMAS RESERVATIONS: Applies to the arrivals on December 22nd, 23rd and 24th, 2024.
• Eight (8) Nights Minimum Length of Stay for NEW YEAR´S EVE RESERVATIONS: Applies to arrivals on December 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st, 2024.
