Cancellation Policies:

• More than 60 days in advance: Full refund.
• Less than 60 days in advance: First-night prepayment non-refundable.
• Early departure: Nights not spent within 24 hours after cancellation are 50% refunded.
• No-show: Total price of the reservation is non-refundable.

Terms & Condition Policies:

• For stays between December 15th, 2025 – January 7th, 2026, a 50% deposit is required within 14 days of booking.
• The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.

Minimum Length of Stay:

• Garden Cottage, Estate Cottage, Family Cottage – Minimum 2 nights
• Valley View Villa, Firetower, Wilderness Villa – Minimum 3 nights
