Cancellation Policy
121+ days prior to arrival: Full refund if cancelled.
120 to 91 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty applies.
90 days or less prior to arrival: Reservation is non-refundable.
A US $100 processing fee applies for any modifications or changes made between booking and when the cancellation policy takes effect.
Cancellations within the penalty window, unused nights, early departures, and no-shows are fully penalized and are not refundable or transferable to future stays.

Terms & Conditions
Availability is subject to change without prior notice.
Reservations require a 50% initial deposit.
The remaining balance will be charged 95 days prior to arrival.
For Pool Villas, Presidential Suite, Villa Yum Ha, and Esencia Mansion reservations, the balance must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival.

Minimum Length of Stay
A 4-night minimum stay is required.
