Cancelation Policies:

• Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival.
• Booking amendments, including reduction of nights and change of date adhere to the below timetable.
• Rooms cancelled more than 45 days of arrival no cancellation fee.
• Rooms cancelled within 31 – 44 days of arrival attract a FJ$2500 per villa cancellation fee.
• Rooms cancelled within 15 – 30 days of arrival attract a 75% cancellation fee of total booking.
• Rooms cancelled within 14 days of arrival attract a 100% cancellation fee of total booking.

Minimum Length of Stay:

5 Nights – 19th December 2024 to 5th January 2025.
