Since its launch in 2023, the President’s Club has become a beloved tradition, honoring the commitment, teamwork, and passion that drive UJV’s success. Honoring Excellence: President’s Club Awards 2024

The awards acknowledged excellence in several categories:

The Top 5 Sales Agents were recognized for outstanding sales performance in 2024. Melissa Brown, Rubi Macias, Liz Guy, Daniella Gutierrez, and Andrea Silva stood out for their exceptional contributions, setting new benchmarks for success.

The Africa Sales Champion was awarded to Tim Easley, whose expertise and dedication to promoting African destinations have proven transformative. Simon Jones, UJV’s Africa Sales Manager, described Tim’s journey as remarkable, emphasizing his ability to build lasting relationships and instill confidence through his deep knowledge.

The Excellence in Service Award was presented to Luisa Nunez (Advisor Support) and Marjory Jean (Senior Air Specialist), who exemplified exceptional service throughout the year. Chosen by department leaders, their work captures the commitment to quality that UJV represents.

Lastly, the Ultimate Value Award was given to Ramon Ledezma (Project Manager), recognized for his steadfast dedication to UJV’s core values. Alejandro Perez, Director of Technology, commended Ramon for setting a standard of humility, integrity, and collaboration that inspires the entire team.
